Warranty & Return Policy: WARRANTY:
PLEASE test cables & accessories PRIOR to installation!! No Warranty on Cables & Accessories after they have been installed!! Manufacturer warranty only, on close out items! No refunds on warranty items or close out items. You Tamper with It! It is Yours! All items are tested prior to shipment. This includes, cameras, power supplies, cables (if applicable), transmitters & receivers (if applicable). RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

Return Policy 1.... If you believe a product is defective, please call us, within 15 days of your receiving item/s, for instruction and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Most people will know within the first 24 to 48 hours, if the item/s is/are what they expected or not.After the 15 day trial period, we will only (maybe) consider exchanging it for an upgrade. Unless you have received special permission from Bob or Bill. 2.... Any return sent without prior authorization will be denied, automatically returned without prior notice, and a handling fee will be accessed. 3.... Locate an RMA form via our website, print out the form, fill out the appropriate information and use that form as your shipping label, by affixing it to the outside of the package. Please place the RMA number on the SHIPPING LABEL ONLY. 4.... Under no circumstances will returns be accepted if the original package and original parts/contents are not maintained and if a copy of the sales receipt or invoice is not enclosed. 5.... Any missing items from the original package will be charged on a per item basis. 6.... RMAs are valid 10 days from the date of authorization. Only 1 (one) RMA will be issued, for that/those item/s! 7.... This warranty will not apply to defects or damage resulting from; improper or inadequate maintenance or neglect by customer; customer-supplied parts; unauthorized modification or misuse; operation outside of the environmental specifications for the products; improper site preparation and maintenance; product which have been modified or incorporated into other products; use of other companies’ parts or accessories, either new or remanufactured. Any alterations to the unit voids all warranty and obligation. 8.... Buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges on returns. 9.... This unit should be mailed back prepaid by insured parcel post to Affordable Security. If the parcel was not insured and the return refused, the buyer is responsible for any loss or damage. 10.... In addition to less S & H Charges, ALL returns are subject to a 15% - 25% restocking fee at our discretion.
All order refunds request that arrive within the 15 days, if approved, will be sent in the form of a company check. Minus shipping and handling fees, and a 15% - 25% restock / rental fee, at our discretion. No Refunds After 30 Days!! No Refunds on Special Orders, Sale Items, or Close Out Items!
